But one thing to take care is selecting the best essays should be by and only by the WEBMASTERS. Please do not allow editors (i am also an editor) since there is a chance to involve politics. Really its agreat opportunity for all of us to improve our creativity and competetiveness. It not only improve our general knowledge regarding the various days, but also improve our creative writting. In todays competetive world, in all competitions, essay section is one of the most important and scoring section. This move will give members to practice their skill and also make them prepared for various competitions.
For review process, i have one suggestion. Review should be done on the basis of quality of content, not on the quantity or lenth of the content. And also there should be word limit.
