Many people want to create their own website and have the confidence to grow it like ISC. However, the huge cost involved in developing and hosting a website is the main problem for most people.
Here is an opportunity from ISC to help such members. You can create your own community website here which provides discussion forum and some other features. The community site you create will be similiar to ISC which includes a discussion forum and revenue sharing features.
When you create a community website, you will get 90% of the revenue share from all pages of your community. Also, you can allow members to join your community, post content through the forum etc. Since the 90% AdSense revenue share is applicable for your members as well, you can use it as a marketting opportunity to promote your website. The cool part is, you do not have to manage any money or distribute money to members. Google will take care of everything including sending our payment cheques to your members !

If you are talented and have the motivation to earn money from an online business, take advantage of this 'community websites' feature. I am telling you from my experience that online advertising business has so much potential. There are 1000s of new websites starting everyday but this business area is still not saturated. Especially in India, there is lot of potential.
The only request I have to all my ISC friends is, you must always focus on your primary work (education, current job etc). The reason I always say that is, the online earning business may or may not last after few years. Or, the possibilities of earnings may be reduced when 1000s of similar sites come up. So, you should always have a backup plan.

It is a good idea that you are interested to create a website regarding eye diseases and health education. This would definitely benefit all the other members and we will get a good idea of health education. Once you start the website, definitely many people will join your website. Hope you will start the website at the earliest. And regarding approval of google adsense, is your account approved by google adsense? If it is already approved by google adsense, then ISC web master will approve your adsense account at ISC. If it is not approved by google, then please check whether you received any mail from Google. you have to click on the confirmation link that they provide in the mail, then only then will approve your account. if you have any further query regarding google adsense, please do not hesitate to ask me.

If your AdSense account is dis approved by Google, there is nothing much ISC can do. Only one work around I can suggest is, your friends or relative can create an AdSense account in their name and you can have some kind of personal arrangement with them.

Really there are many people interested in doing online business but due to many factors they are not able to do.

m.v. subba raju, you must create specific community sites (Ex: Indian Recipes, Kerala Recipes etc). A community like "Recipes" is very broad and will nto be approved.
