When i joined here i don't know what should i do here. But now i learned everything through frequently asked questions. So you must read carefully the frequently asked questions. Also to grow fast in isc concentrate on the areas which fetch you more points , but be patient there may be some delay in getting your resource approved but i am sure it will be approved in time, there is no doubt in that.
