Don't worry about the cash credits. You will be rewarded for your hard work. Before going for complaints please read the New Members - FAQ carefully. Cash credits will be seen in your profile only after it reach a minimum amount usually Rs.50.
You can earn more by posting more such resources. There is no relation with points and cash credits.

Points and Cash credits are not related.
In order to get cash credit you have to work at money payment programmes.
