kanimozhi, please post such questions as separate thread. Your question has no relation to the subject of this thread.
You said the file is not getting attached. Can you explain what is the problem you are facing? You do not need to convert to winrar format. You can use PDF or pain text format.

This program is discontinued. Existing referrals will get the referral money.
Members referred from 27 March 2008 are not eligible for referral bonus. We have some other kinds of refferals coming up by mid of April.
