ISC is introducing another cash credit program called 'Cool Post, Hot Prize' (The name of the program itself is cool, right?)
Starting from Dec 1, selected resources that help ISC get more traffic and revenue will be given some cash credits.
* The selection of resurces for cash credits will be done by editors during the normal editing process. Just like assigning points, they will assign cash credits also for selected resources.
* Points and cash credits may not be equal. Points are given based on quality of the article. Cash credits are assigned based on 'how helpful the resource is for ISC to earn revenue and traffic'
* Program is with effect from 1 Dec 2008.
* You can see the cash credits in your account in the name "Cool Post, Hot prize"
* Using search engine friendly title and keywords may help you earn higher cash credits for your resources.
* Not all resources are eligible for cash credits. It depends on quality and various other factors.
* Only self written, well formatted resources are eligible for cash credits.
* We recently announced more cash prizes. That program is replaced with this "Cool Post, Hot prize" program. However, as per that announcemnet, we had selected the following resources for prizes. They will be given cash credits under this new program.
Nemish: Web browsers & their functioning
Raniradi: Cell phones affecting memory
Anuradha Karthikeyan: Orange City
Sparsha: Cyclical Pain Abdomen Related With Menstruation – Secondary Dysmenorrhoea
All self written resources from 1st Dec 2008 will be reviewed and cash will be automatically added to their account. Above are some sample links for which we have given prizes.

This is good sense here..The ISC can be benefitable out of this..can earn more and faster and also would be able to help improving the resource details and informations in ISC

This is a good start, there are sites where they pay some amount per article if accepted. Here we can have dual benefit, ad revenue with prizes. I think this step will attract a lot of members. I have validated my account today and expect to contribute here.

Can any one tell me, why I have got -10 point in the above reply, ISC announced prizes for self written resources and I have appreciated that, whats wrong in that. Is it a dictatorship here or ISC dont want new members more so discouraging like this.

I also didn't find any reason for your - 10 score either. May be some software problem has occurred, and not dictatorship by any means. Please send the URL of this thread to Ramkumar, concerned editor to look into the issue.

I have some resources but still I am not seeing any resource getting any amount even after 17th Dec. It is announced that all self written resource from 1st Dec will get prizes, how can we know that which resource got how much award?
