I remember the day he was sworn in as the deputy CM,there was no power cut in Punjab but the next few days we have to bear power cuts of 6-6 hrs. Same was the case during the congress regime.During Capt Amrinder Singh Rule the situation was quite similiar.. So if Punjab has to become The true Manchester of India, some young blood has to come forward and take this sinking ship to the coast. Regards Chetan.
