* Well, First of all I am really sorry for late responce from my side.
<< Great idea!! This is An idea can change new members life at ISC.
* We can set this topic for those who are searching the "Online Contests" or like that type websites to win the game. By this new members will come overly from Search Engines. Becouse, the new members may dont know what is going at here. So better way we set it as Online Contest part to get flow of members.
* Already, the "Cool Post.. Hot Prize" award got famous. I had seen, lots of member got this prizes for their resources.
* Newly joined members, this is a good opportunity for you to develope your skill of writing and thinking, as I already telling to Improve your typing with some basic tags, try it for this award session, and I am sure, you will glab this award in next week/month.

Indeed, this is another great reason because of which ISC members will say, "I think I am in love and addicted with ISC". For those of you who might be disappointed with rejections and everything, it's time for all of you to show who you really are. Get posting some great self written resources and bag this award. Let's hope that new members will get a boost from it.

Yes this is primarily for New Members but even if some old members post some great resources that can really beat the rest, then you are in it too. So start posting.
Do remember everyone that only members writing self-written articles are eligible for this award so stop copying and start writing with your head.

Dear Dr.Sanjeev (Sandy),
I do appreciate the introduction of this new award ‘Emerging personality of ISC’, I am sure that this award would encourage members to write their own original works, get their text checked on MS word for spelling and grammar and then only post their submission on ISC site.
Users can simply type their message / matter on MS word and copy / past the same original matter on the pages of ISC site.
All of us know well that some users among us copy the postings of other users on the same page and paste it as a posting of their own. Other Visitors to this site can easily spot such unfair practice if they read the thread seriously. Editors are working hard on such practices and taking appropriate actions against the defaulters.
This award would definitely send positive signals to all the users, encouraging them for making efforts and spending time to draft the matter, edit it and then post the best possible creative work for the benefit of visitors to this site. Such users would earn a good name for themselves as well as for ISC.
