Well its a nice move as ISC is growing and we have all sort of people as members of ISC,In order to maintain the quality of posts I think this should work.
By the way, even I would like to contribute in the English section as of now.I hope webmasters and site-coordinator will permit me for this.

Hello Tony!
This is a very good initiative you have taken to give the "permission" for the restricted section, but I would like to give my suggestions here.
1.Many newspapers have this column of "English-improve usage and language" for which these newspapers have online edition too.Once given this permission to other members, there are probability that every third person will copy content from these newspapers, for which many posts will have to be 'deleted' as they have been posted against the guidelines.
Example :
http://www.deccanchronicle.com/hyderabad/brush-basics-178 http://www.deccanchronicle.com/hyderabad/avoid-being-repetitive-332
There are possibilities that exact content can be copied and pasted here.
2.Keep the'English' section to English mentors and members having Diamond level,in this way it is ensured that the posts for English is posted for knowledge sharing and not for credit increase.
Thankyou! Swetha Shenoy

Hi Tony,
ISC’s policy of special member permission required for "Restricted Access Sections" appears to be a necessity to maintain quality, decency and class in any media. It is more essential for internet sites where it is quite difficult for site administration to permit adequately suitable contents.
I would like to add that the access to the members should be given subject to approval of an office bearer of ISC, as done in ‘Poll’ and ‘Resource’ sections.
I would also like to contribute in English section if you find me suitable for the same. Following are URLs to my postings in ‘Resources’ section for evaluation:

• Get Rid of Stammering All By Yourself: http://www.indiastudychannel.com/resources/50717-Get-Rid-Stammering-All-By-Yourself.aspx

Hello Tony,
Its a nice step taken by you, allowing only certain members to post resources which have quality and good grammar in them. This will ensure more users gummed to those articles.
I will be very obliged if i am one of those few lucky members for this post. I am not saying that i have got good english grammar or skills but yeah i want you to find out Do i have it or not?. Recently i won a GD round this month on an international topic relating to terrorists. I've posted many resources till now which i think would be enough for you to distiguish between special and ordinary members.
Thanking you, Puneet Verma.

Hello Tony, I would like to put forward my request of allowing me to contribute in English, India Elections and Political Parties sections. I would not have been putting the request to you right now if the topics were other than the specified one. I have had immense interest in these topics and would like to pen down my thoughts, opinion and likes for the masses. I could have said one thing to you at the very beginning of my response that I am really thankful to ISC from the deepest core of my heart for providing such a beautiful platform, for the persons who just loves writing. But I didn't because what I feel for ISC is some thing really more than any good adjective. The newly introduced topics have been the interest of mine since the school days. I am really bothered about current political situation. Be it number game while forming the government or criminalization of our politics or be it the deciding factors behind the candidature of our representatives in the given democratic framework. I do have lot to say or so many things to write. As far as English is concern, I want to bring the awareness among the masses regarding the significance of this language in the years to come. I want to put forward my resources of correcting ones language grammatically and improving their word power. The myth and the facts about the English is highly required to bring forward for the betterment of our next generation. Thus, based on the kind of interest I do have, I have decided to become an active member in the aforesaid sections. With regards, Sandeep Tiwari.

It may be due to the reason that the webmaster and editor incharge is not satisfied with your english .May be you need to work a little more hard to get the permission again.
Try answering the forum messages in order to help others and prove that you possess good english skills.
