Hello Vandana,
Thanks for providing nice resource on job posting guidelines in ISC.
Here's are the few tips from myside to members:-
1] A Job must not be out dated.
2] It must be with contact details.
3] In contact details you must provide (Phone No. + email id + address + website url) at least two i.e. email+phone. An email id must be domained with company's website. If no website domain, then address + phone must be provided.
4] Please do not post repeat contact intems. Many members are posting phone # twice in same job post. Do check whether its proper typed before submission.
5] Copied jobs from leading websites are not allowed, To get good revenue, try to explain in your own words.
6] No need to provide long description about company profile. Instead just give brief info. Many members are submitting long info by copy pasting. Thats not good for your adsense revenue.
7] In job title, Designation must be provided with proper spelling.
8] In Job description, provide brief, but suitable info so that visitors can read it very easy and hence its your chance to get good revenue.
9] In address field, do not leave Phone # email ids, please submit proper field items & make good post. Becouse job hunters always searching good and easy readable placement news.
10] Job title field must be start with Capital letter. Do nt write full title in CAPITAL LETTERS. For example :- Fresh Network Engineer Job in New Delhi.
11] You can post Jobs from Copany website. But try to modify the actual text.
I hope, you will follow this best steps to get good revenue and good points too. There is an example of Good Contributor, (Viswa) who has been posted almost 5000+ Jobs.

I would also like to add: members should look through job ads. in their city's local newspapers and magazines. Post those job details here at ISC. Those job details may not be at major job sites, so ISC will benefit. The Webmaster had expressed a wish to make ISC the leading job site, so if members post fresh jobs / current openings that appear in large numbers in the print media, it would really help in this goal.
Also, don't forget that members who post jobs will benefit greatly from Google Ads. After all, jobs are what people are always looking for in search engines especially in the present economic scenario.
