plagiarism is copying of content and if you are about to copy the content from others then it is plagiarism. I think you must include more of your own words other than the other people words and i hope that if you do this then you will not get that a copy paste article. Even if you are about to rewrite an article then try to read the article fully then write as a separate article , don't copy a few sentences from the first article and include them in the second one. It will result in the plagiarism content. Hope that you understand

Hi, Vinay, If you want to know the exact meaning: the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work - I have taken this from the site: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/plagiarism
Now suppose I claim that the definition I have mentioned above is my own, then that is plagiarism, because I have actually taken it from the site.
Similarly, anything that you take from another person's artice, whether online or from the print or TV media, that will be plagiarism. It implies not merely copying another's work, but claiming it to be your own.
Let me give you another example: Suppose somebody reads my article appearing for an interview. That person takes the exact same content of my article and presents it as part of his MBA project on a topic related to interviews. That is plagiarism of my work. It is also a copyright violation, as I have posted it at ISC & now ISC has the copyrights to that article. If at all, let's say, a Professor at an Institute wishes to print out the article for his students, then he needs to take the permission of the ISC Webmasters to do so. He cannot just take a printout and distribute it, thus giving the impression that it is his own points.
Regarding how to write on a topic taken up by others: all you need to do is use a different style and different words. Put the information in an interesting manner that is different from how others present it. An example: you may see an article on interview tips where it is mentioned that "a person should be formally dressed for an interview". Change that sentence to "Do not go for an interview casually dressed". That simple! All you are doing is stating the exact same point without copying the information. ==

What is Plagiarism? First, let's define plagiarism. The Oxford English Dictionary says it means '..to take and use as one's own the thoughts, writings, or inventions of another.' (OED 1987)

Plagiarism? The word plagiarism comes from a Latin word for kidnapping. You know that kidnapping is stealing a person. Well, plagiarism is stealing a person's ideas or writing. You wouldn't take someone's lunch money or bike, right? Well, someone's words and thoughts are personal property, too. i think u understand
