Hi Ashok,
Google adsense does not completely depends on 6 months criteria. It is assumed that, a member who is applying for Adsense account might have contributed through posts and self written contents.
Google will approve your application if it finds more contribution.
If any member earned points just by joining communities or any other method but contribution to ISC is less then there are more chances to get the rejected adsense application.
Earn points from self written quality posts then apply for google adsense account. It will be approved easily.

According to Google Adsense new policy,if you have your own website then your website should be atleast 6month old otherwise they will not approve your adsense and also your website should not be a subdomain ,your own domain with 6 month old is eligible for adsense approval. Since in ISC your account is like your own website therefore you must be a 6 month old member to this website.

Dear ashok,
post good self written resources and then apply for adsense I think before six month also you can get approved from adsense if Google find your resources are valuable and informatics then they don't wait for six month because you get immediately good traffic to your resources

Is a blog on blogger a subdomain or a domain? I had got my adsense approved on my blog at blogger.

The 6 month criteria has one more meaning in it. It means that in the 6 months time, you should have a good quality of articles and postings which should be genuine. In the yester years, copied content and stuff on your website was considered as material under consideration (my own experience) and also back-linking was considered as a criteria, but now along with back-linking, site rolls, good quality content is also considered to get your adsense approved. You should go through the guidelines requisite by Google to get your Adsense approved.

You had got your application approved before 1 year. Now,if you will try to create a adsense account with blogger then they will reject your application with stating that URL does not meet our criteria.
Please let me know if I am wrong.

Their is one option free domain name from co.cc
You can make blog on co.cc and after adding few pages you can apply for adsense.

Thanks for above discussion as myself also looking for adsense account so right now i am very active in ISC. I hope will get it as soon as possible,even i had also a website with .com domain but it got rejected due to copy content so now will try to best here with good quality content.

Hi Ashok,
From what I see from Forums and Blogs, 'Six Months' is not a hard and fast rule at Adsense.It is more of a tactic to reject a casual applicant in an acceptable way.What is more important at Google is to promote serious applicants. You can understand their headache when a silly guy gets approved and when he in turn does click Fraud!
I myself haven't applied yet.But, I believe you need to appear (I mean your page) serious about making money with Adsense while applying for an account. Try putting quality content in Your conrtibutions,give good profile description, and a decent profile picture. This may increase your chances of getting approved.

I suggest you reach to Gold Level first. Till that time your database of resources will be sufficient enough for Google to Test and I saw your articles has good quality and self written so there wont be any issue for getting approved from Google.

I am a 3 month old memeber of ISC.
I had applied for google adsense after i reached 525 points.
But mine was rejected saying the content is unacceptable.
But definitely the content is not a copy content because i wrote it all after learning from many sites.
Can you give me any suggestion on it.
