Dear Pankaj,
In one of your article, you have wrote the following sentence...
"If your Adsense Account was Disapproved then while Again Registering for Google Adsense Account Keep all the above 5 Points in the mind and Keep this that
Do not Register with the Same Name,Same address,Same Contact number. Please Do not Give the Same Details which you have given in your last Disapproved Account. Use Different Name,Address,Contact Number to get Approved with Google Adsense. You can use Your Parents name,Contact Number & Address of Relatives.
May i know that is it must to change the name, address etc when i tried to resubmit the adsence application again? Till now i didn't get the adsence account, that is why i am asking you. When resubmit the application always i use the same Name, Address & Contact number etc.
Please let me know this immidiately. I will be eagerly waiting for your reply.

Hi Prasanta Borah,
This is true and already mentioned in the Google's Private policy that the from one address only one person is allow to register for the adsense application. If your Google adsense account gets disapproved means some cheating has been done by you or other members so Google usually do not consider those applications who are coming from the rejected Members IP address.
If you are using the same name then you have to provide other contact details different. Not the same as it was before.
