I checked out the website. Frankly,I am always doubtful of any site that does not provide contact information! At the 'contact us' link given there, there is neither an address nor an email ID nor any contact phone nos. Here, at ISC, the Webmaster's contact nos. are given as well as an address is given in the Invoice, so everything is very above board. It is webistes like ISC that you should look out for - that explain clearly what the work is which will get you earnings.
Also, since I am based in India I would prefer to take work that pays me via an Indian payment system. The site you mention is offering payment via different avenues, including PayPal & Western Union - these 2 are considered by some to be trustworthy, but I have never utilised their payment services so cannot comment on that.
It is up to you if want to risk taking work from such a site. If registration is free, you can register and find out [the site says that you can cancel your registration too if you like]. If they are asking for money towards getting further information, don't bother at all. Why should you pay for information about work that they themselves are offering in the first place?
I suggest you stick to trustworthy sites like ISC.

From my experience I can tell you that any website promising to pay more than a dollar for small work of paid to click or paid to sign up are fake websites.Genunine websites nevcer promise to pay extravagent amounts.Further you can check on google search and read the posts of people about the website. from this you can gather whether website is genuine or not. Mostly the website you mentioned is fake one.

Don't believe in such a scam site just search out in google search with ' promails scam ' you will get response of peoples and like wise many sites are now scam mainly high payout site like 200. To 1200 $ , donkeymails, britebux. All are listed in this catagory and look out weather website has its own forum or paying domain or not ? Now a days many site don't have personal paying domains and they are offering money to members so please beaware all such sites are scam. Just concentrate to our best gunion earning and learning site ISC thats it.

Simply no one want to spend lot of time and get nothing. If website has very high payout then you should not join, because It is impossible to reach min. payout without referrals.

As per my experience I also try many sites before joining ISC and do not find any site who really pay for your hard work most of the sites are run by foreign developers and I do not find it is a good idea to trust on the outsiders. As Vandana said it is very true that on many other sides phone numbers and details of the webmaster not given and moreover they do not have chat facility to clarify your queries here you can see practically that webmasters and seniors are actively participate in the forums to solve out your queries. I am not saying that all other are fake but the URL you given it does not seem a real site.

joining a fake site is simply waste for you
and cosuming timing and giving no output,whatever input you are providing,so stick to the information being provided by her.
