It is timely warranted thread from the editor, it is observed not only in Ask Expert section, even in forum section we come across several copied responses by few members, kindly avoid that, otherwise it may attracts copy right violation act.

It's right what Rajmi has mentioned here. People put question in "Ask Expert" to get solution from the members who has handled such type of problems or have acquired knowledge on the subject, not the copy/paste matter from the web. So many times I have raised such issues in forum and there after I have limited my visit to "Ask Expert".
So my request to ISC members kindly do not post such contents just earning few points only. Rather participate in GD or post some resource where you can earn more point and reward also. If you really want help anyone type the answer of your own.

Manas

Hello,
Very rightly said by Rajmi mam. Most of the work in Ask Expert section is copied. It is my advice to members that do not spend your time to answer queries like this and fetch you zero or negative points, as the editors keenly review each and every post. It is just wasting your time and increasing the workload of editors. Answer where you actually have an answer, so that it can fetch you good points and cash credits.

Hi vilas, I agree that those who answer are new to ISC. But my sincere request to all the new members and all those who are members of ISC, when you join any other website, first go through the FAQ carefully before starting to post there. It will save your time and other's time too.
Also when it comes to ask experts, I see the answers of some senior members are copied by others. Please dont think that you can get the same points and cash but your post will be deleted and your permission to post in that section will be removed.
I dont want to name them, but some of the member's permissions to post in the Ask Experts sections are already withdrawn, not just now but earlier too. If you continue the same copy paste work in other sections also, then you will get suspended from posting in ISC

This looks a right time caution from the author, it not only hampers the valuable time of editors, I feel sometimes dampens the interest of other members who really would like to contribute and search required relevant answers, as while searching if one found some irrelevant answers, it is nothing but to gain few points, as the author has clearly mentioned, to garner points by posting or copying the others responses or from other sources, they may be warned initially, and will be dealt seriously if the same habit continues.

First of all I would like to say that this criteria is not limited to ask expert responses but in other sections like resources and business directory, forums and where ever self written description is required.
Everytime we get messages from members giving sake of new members, but while posting resources everyone has to tick on a message where it is memntioned that the post is self written and original.
Ask expert section is exclusive section and we are in the process of refining members who can give authentic and expert answers, so copying will not be appreciated at all.
Business directory is a tough section, there are many sites and established sites for business directory and to get appropriate position among those sites we have to be exclusive and different in a better way, so a self written description for all post is must.

Hi
I am in full agreement with respected Rajmi Ma'am,respected Rohit, my friend and respected Sandy sir. I would like to get the title of this post changed from
Ask Expert Section of ISC
to something like
Violation problem in ISC - All sections affected heavily!
This is really a nice approach and initiative by Rajmi Ma'am that she told out to at least give a warning to the people who do not know about this and even the ones who do this purposefully so that they do not do this. I am really happy that ISC is on the go.
Thanks and Regards, Gyandeep.

With complete regards to the statements made above, I would like to bring in forth the importance of Copyrights which get naturally implicated when a person posts or writes anything, whether it be in electronic form or in physical form.
We must respect copyrights and we must also learn to respect the writings of others.
Text already written by others should not be copy-pasted, meaning mentioned as is. This website demands that not even self written text mentioned on other places be written as is over here which to be frankly stated, is in the interest of this website, should be followed unless and otherwise allowed by the author and editors.
You will have to apply for Author and Publisher copyrights to mention any text other than self and should be done so only if allowed by the administration at the site.
I request the administration to take strict steps and let this law be applied with transparency to members, editors and administration alike.
Regards,
Dr. Apurva A. Tamhane Consulting Homeopath and SpiderWork Websites Editor

First of all, the member shouls aware of the reason why Editors/Webmasters always suggest to post only Self-Writen resources/Answers. I, personally, think that if the members who are doing this know the reason then they won't do in future for their own-sake.
Reasons why, we suggest to write on your own - 1. Due to Copyright rules of Internet. 2. If someone made an effort by answering/writing an article, we shouldn't Copy them and shouldn't try to show off ourselves by other effort. (Where is the Humanity?) 3. Search Engine won't find your submission if you copied it, So your Copy-Paste effort will go in no use on ineternet. 4. Bad impression will get generated on you. 5. Your profile could get Banned.
Tips:- • Mention the Link of that answer/article in your post. Like:- Join Money Online Site and view Details, otherthan copying whole content.
