Yes, I still remember the days when Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister. Indeed a Brave and the Bold Lady, with lots of Courage and Patience.

Yes, one has to accept that she was a brave and courageous leader and shrude politician too. Her decision taken those days still paying a rich dividends, take for instance the nationalization of banks, those days banks were used to work some what as private money lenders, after nationalization it has changed the trends in the banks, taking a lone even for some positive and productive purposes was of difficult task for a common man before its nationalization, but even after severe criticism and opposition, she could not take back that decision.

Yes I do agree with this But my question is do we know who is SAVITRIBAI PHULE? Especially for ladies who are most educated today do they respect her? Do they know her?

Since Indira Gandhi did came to limelight....we remember us till now...frankly speaking I dont know Savitribai Phule....In politics or life ...you must have a ''push''..and Indira Gandhi had got it through her father Jawaharlal Nehru....but that push Savitribai Phule could not get.....
