'City Bank bags the best private bank award'- Are they fit for it!

City bank bags the best private bank award award for the year 2008. How do you take it. Are they eligible for it and do you think some other private bank is fit for the award. You can also vent your anger if you have any dissatisfaction with this bank.

Yes, that's correct. There are numerous schemes available from them. The Internet login is very secure and it is required to use the Virtual Keyboard provided to log in to the Internet Account. It is far secure in terms of security. There is also Telephone banking. The Customer support is also good. I have got no complaints till now.
