I am not sure why your adsense account was dis approved. Only Google can tell you the reason. Please see http://www.indiastudychannel.com/resources/1483-How-to-deal-with-dis-approved-AdSense-accounts.aspx for more details.
I looked at your account and you seem to have earned more money than any one would have earned within the first few days. So I suspect there is some kind of fraud like actively in your account. You must deal with Google directly to get this resolved.

Yes, be aware that there are lot of people who click on other people's Ads just for the purpose of getting them banned from Google.
The only thing you can do is, as soon as you notice unusual earnings in your account, notify Google immediately about it. Google will initiate an enquiry and they may remove that earnings from your AdSense account, but it goes to the records and your account is safe.
Remember that it is hard to get approved again if you are disapproved once.

Just give your google login email id and tell that you have noticed unusual earnings on the specific dates and suggest them to initiate an enquiry into that.
