1. You gave link to most of the features of ISC in 1 post. We have no issues with it, but you may soon run out of "topics" to blog about ! I was expecting that members will blog about 1 feature of ISC in each blog post.
2. Try to make the keywords clickable link. For example, see the below text:

It is a good one.
In the 'About IndiaStudyChannel' section, you have copy pasted content from this site. Search Engines will ignore your blog if they find that you are doing copy paste of content. So, try to tweak the words a little bit.
No, you should never ask your viewers to click on your Ads. In general, 1 or 2 out of 1000 viewers will click on an Ad. If you request your friends, 200-300 out of 1000 viewers will click on your Ads. Google will quickly get alerted and your account will be banned before you reach your minimum payout amount of $100.

I think there is no provision of reviewing our blogs by English Expert of ISC. It’s quite better to have such provisions before blogs being available to the external readers. Blogs should be free from errors and it should be meaningful.
Many cases mistakes in the blogs may divert the concentration of readers. The main aim here is to bring publicity to IndiaStudyChannel. That should not suffer. Please ignore this if I am wrong.

You have taken lot of time to prepare the blog. Probably you don't need to spend this much time for a single blog. A single blog post could be 6-7 lines. Also, please try to give more clickable hyperlinks in the blog. In this particular blog, you may give several links to "Anna university question papers", "Nehru university question papers" etc.

Your new blog is excellent. There are several clickable links which is very good.
A small change - The link "Jobs in IndiaStudyChannel" - can you change it to "Fresher jobs in India" ?
For search engine optimization purpose, links should be keywords. People search for "fresher jobs", but nobody ever search for "jobs in IndiastudyChannel". SO, when you make clickable links, think about that people will be searching. Such search words must be clickable links and that will add lot of value.
Also, creating several blogs are good for us, but you need to spend lot of time to setup multiple blog accounts. Instead, you may create multiple posts within the same blog account to save time.
Also, all of your blog posts should not be about ISC. Sometimes blog about your personal/career etc also so that people will not think that the only purpose of your blog is to promote ISC.
Great job so far from your side.

Here is some suggestions:
1. In your blog, you have made the text "click here" as the hyperlink. Instead, the actual text (like 'Anna University Question Papers') itself should be the hyper link. That will help ISC to rank high when people search for words like "Anna University Question Papers".
When you make a piece of text as hyper link, you are telling the search engines that 'the site to which this hyperlink points to is related to the text given in the hyperlink'.
In your case, you made the text 'click here' as the hyperlink. So you are telling the search engines that ISC is related to the words 'click here', which is meaningless.
To tell the search engines that ISC is related to 'Anna University Question Papers', you should make that piece of text as the hyperlink.
Good Example:
Click here to download Anna university question papers.
Bad Example:
Click here to download Anna university question papers.
Hope you understand what I said. Let me know if I need to clarify it further.
2. You have several links given in your blog, all of them pointing to the same URL http://www.IndiaStudyChannel.com/exams/. This is not good. Each of the hyperlink should point to a different and specific page in ISC. In case of 'Anna university question papers', it should point to the anna university question paper page (http://www.indiastudychannel.com/exams/Index.aspx?UniversityId=26).

Your blog looks OK. You may want to read my above response too. Some of your hyperlinks use the keywords, but some fo them use the words like "here", "India Study Channel" etc.
Example:
You can find several jobs for fresh graduates and final year students in INDIA STUDY CHANNEL.
The above one could have been:
You can find several jobs for fresh graduates and final year students in INDIA STUDY CHANNEL.
Keep up the good job.
To answer your other question about the use of blogs, search engines like Google determines the quality/ranking of any website based on the number of links the site gets from other sites and the text used in those hyperlinks. So, if there are hundreds of blogs linking to ISC using the hyperlink text "Fresher jobs", Google will think that this is the best site for fresher jobs. And when someone search for 'fresher jobs' ISC will be shown first in the result.
Regarding member of the week, we manually select a member everyweek. The 'Active Members' chart is automatically created by the site and we may or may not use it to determine the 'Member of the Week'. Whoever has given the most valuable contribution to ISC will be selected. You can post university question papers or actively participate in the discussion forum and I am sure someday you are going to be the winner. Please do not copy paste articles, though !

Looks like you are creating new accounts with Google for each blog. You may not need it. You can have just one blog account and keep creating new posts. That will be easy to manage.
I have no issues if you decide to create new blogs every day instead of new posts within the same blog. But my reccommendation is, you should create a blog with your name - not ISC name - and write blogs about various tihings - ISC features, your personal life, your career etc.
Now, let me tell you an issue on your blog. You have made the statename as the clickable links. For example:
Click here to look for Colleges in Karnataka State
The above line tells Google and other search engines that the page ''http://www.indiastudychannel.com/colleges/Index.aspx?State=Karnataka' is related to the state 'Karnataka'. But the page is not really related to the state Karnataka, but it is related to the 'Colleges in Karnataka'. To effectively tell this to the search engines, you have to modify the above line as follows:

But this is not what we wanted, right? We want people to come to our page when some one search for 'High Scool projects', 'School projects', 'Science projects', 'College projects' etc. So, the hyperlinks should be one such words.
(There is nothing wrong in keeping your existing hyperlinks also, but just add additional keywords and hyperlinks.)
