Hi Ganeh Babu,
You can use adsene for search and referral only if you have our own website or blog, where in you have to insert the code give differently for search and for referral.
If a visitor comes to you site and searchs any thing in the search bar gievn there and if he clicks on google ads in that search results then you will get money.
And if any visitor clicks on referral button in your website and joins for any google programme, and if he fulfilscertain contains then you will get referral amount.
