You have to create an AdSense account through the page http://www.indiastudychannel.com/adsense/. That will automatically transmit information to Google.

i joined in www.share-video.info...here there is no option...how can i do it.

There will be option for adding your adsense details in every adsense sharing websites.
You dont have to inform google about this joining adsense sharing website, you will get the alert at the my account section in your adsense account, log in to your adsense account.
