how to add a website to adsence after registering

i have joined in www.share-video.info,which shares adsence revenue.but i didnt give my adsence information and also there is no email from host website, like indiastudy channel,to enable or disable the acess.
is there any option for directly adding the website in the adsence site...kindly help me out
