As we saw that every year the passing percentage of girls than boys are more in many board examination. But i would like to add that when it comes to beat any entrance examination they usually lag behind form boys. They are always getting instructions as to how to do things methodically while performing the daily domestic chores. Their being viewed differently in comparison to the boys instills a sense of competitive into them to prove themselves better than boys. These discriminatory treatment meted out to them from the beginning inculcates a value system to perform better in whatever tasks they are assigned to. And this the chief reason for performing better than boys not only in the field of education but whatever thing they undertake to do. *
