First of u try to concentrate on improving to the latest technology. It takes only 15 minutes every day. Just use search engine and some portals/forums effectively. Automatically u can improve u r technical stuff.
I checked U r resume. You have to change u r resume to get calls from Branded company HR’s.
Some Points from Me:
• In the place of “PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE”, try to explain about “PROFESSIONAL Expertise”.Try to explain u r skills in 3 to 4 lines….
• Afterwards u can place u r” PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE” , but try to mention the place of the company and keep the project work related to the company and responsibilities u r handling in u r company. Try mention that u r 1+ yrs experienced.
• Try to get international certifications (Eg: SCJP, etc.) if budget permits. Or u can get some 3 rd party certificates conducted by some portals.
• Frankly u r second company projects are not up to the standards. Next u try to explain duration properly , by mentioning the exact time period (eg:may 05 to jult 05).Because u might done 2 projects parallel , as u mentioned 12 months for 3 projects , but u worked only 8 months. Try to present the second company projects effectively.
• Try to apply jobs through Internet. If u update u r resume surely MNC employers will call u.
