At resource section points are alloted only after it is review my one of the editors of ISC, it will be alloted based on the quality and originality of the resource.

Hi Saurabh,
Don't worry about the points. Your contribution is 53 resources and only one fresher job. For this you have gained 253 points. To increase the points you have to contribute to other sections also. So Please continue posting resources.

12. Yahoo Answer - up to 20, assigned by editor
13. Blog about ISC - up to 40, assigned by editor
In most categories, points are automatically assigned by the system. However, our editors will review the post and change the points within few weeks after submission.
