Hi all, It is quite often seen in forum section as most of the threads are being deleted or kept aside due to irrelevant information. Our existing users are vigorously referring new members through their various channels, either via social networking or emailing. However, as per the quantity enhances the quality decreases accordingly. Our most intelligent and laborious editors are putting their valuable attentions every time; but whilst it was not taken seriously or guided by the referred senior members. • The first and foremost function is to send a Welcome letter to your friend or referral member and educate with the help of messaging to their direct email; or else if you've achieved to Gold level, then directly send messages from the member's profile page; • Educate your member about the Posting Guidelines and tell them to read the New Member FAQ, Earn Revenue and other related Help Topics; • Try to put your attention on your referral member's activities and contributions. Give your first reply and message over that, which will content your friend and make conscious about your curiosity on them; • Instruct and explain them about various sections; what to post in which category. As most of the new users are not aware of these, and posting some questions and important information (articles) under Forum section. Tell them the importance of section briefly, so that they could be aware and do not make any mistakes; • Do not give chances to your members to complaint against you. Inform and guide before they react or face any trouble in this platform; • At least, do not leave or circumvent your member, until he/she reaches to Silver level.
Hope everybody got aware of this; if any blunder found in this please apologize me. In addition, waiting for more suggestion from our members.

The new member should be briefed about the sections available and the type of information they can post and the use of HTML tag etc.Even they can share their experience and make them to understand ISC thoroughly, to function without any doubt in their mind.

Often we see new members joining this site are at a loss the understand the working of this site. Better to educate them first. Though i have not made any referrals so far, but i take care to educate new members as far as possible.

According to me the quality of ISC is the thing for which ISC is known for. There are no such website on the Internet which has that much quality educating materials.

I checked the site and felt interesting and registered. But for few days I couldn't understand how to post a resource. I've struggled for some time and by reading all the guide lines and help from other members I understood what to do.
People who join from our reference should be guided to post a resource, difference between resource and forum, how to participate in some sections, how to gain points and revenue etc. I think these are the basic needs which are important to know after joining in ISC. I got addicted to ISC in few days and now I am spending most of the time in reading and posting the answers. I loved this site. ISC rocks!
