1. Kontera is third-party revenue sharing program offered by ISC. Like Google AdSense, it enables you to earn revenue from ads (Kontera Ads). However, unlike Google ads, the Kontera ads are not directly visible. They appear in small rectangular boxes just above certain words. These words will have double pink lines beneath them (like underlined words), which indicate that there is a Kontera ad linked to it.
Unlike Google ads, though, revenues from Kontera ads is less and it may take more than 1 year for you to even get the minimum payout of $50.
2. Since your are a Gold level member, you can join right away. You have to go to your profile page. You will see a clickable link 'Manage Third party Ad revenue sharing'. Click on that and you will see a link wherein you can open an account with Kontera. Once you do so, you will see an Ad code. Simply add that number in the box given at your ISC Kontera page. All the instructions of how to do this is clearly given so it won't be confusing for you.
3. Regarding benefits of Kontera: Kontera ads are dependent directly on the words used in the text of your post. The post need not be only in a resource article - it could be a job post, a school post, etc. You will benefit when a reader to your post clicks on the underlined words. Like in Google AdSense, you need to take care not to click on your own ads!
Also, once you start getting revenue from Kontera, you need to check your account from time to time. The Kontera account will show keywords which are bringing you clicks, as well as the source (meaning URLs). So, unlike in Google AdSense, you don't need to create channels in your Kontera account.

A very nice thread created by you Paresh i also want to know these things. Vandana mam specified this very clearly. Thanks mam, but I have still one question and that 5 requirement are needed there to open an account in Kontera like adsense ? Or any Gold member can create an account please specify this.

@ Nazim: There are no criteria for opening Kontera account through ISC. You can open the account as soon as you reach the Gold level of membership. If you are contributing to partner sites, at each of these sites too you need to reach Gold level before associating your Kontera account with those sites.

Kontera account is just like adsense but difference is it has low rating compare with adsense.

@Sita Kayani, There are many differences between Google adsense account.
In Google adsense, Google provides you the banners, text/images displayable ads, Gifs or moving animations etc.
On the other hand Kontera ads simply highlights the content words by underlining the words or phrases.
On clicking to both the ads, the users are redirected to the sponsors website.
Yes, you can say Infolinks and Kontera ads are similar. But adense can be compared with smowtion or chitica.
