Hello Mr. Tony you added messageing facility for users of ISC but how can i send message to my friends can you tell me that it will be helpful to me and thanks for adding new section to ISC

Messaging isnot for sending your friends. It is only to contact any ISC member. You can view the profile of any ISC member and click on 'Contact member' link in the profile. The email id of any member will not be published any more to prevent email SPAM. Instead, you can contact them using this feature.
