Will India's performance improve in this year Olympic? |

Hi everyone
I was not really happy with last years India's performance in Olymics in Beijing. Securing 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze in last years olympic is not a good performance at least that what i feel.
In comparision to other asian country India's performance was not up to the mark. India could have given a much better performance in olympics at least i expected 3 gold.
So coming back to my question will India show a better performance than before or will it still secure a single gold medal in this years olympic also?
What do you think how will India do in this years Olympic?

Hello
I am 100% sure that India Will perform better at London Olympic.Lienda you are right that We had won only One Gold Medal but Our overall performance was very good. Many Players of India had reached in Semi-finals. Last Olympic was quite good compare to others Olympics.
This time Our Boxing Wing is capable to win 3 Golds.

Definitely India's performance will be better then ever before, yes Lienda i agree with you that in beijing olympic India's performance were not up to the mark as compare to other Asian contries, but those performance will inspire the other participant. Boxing and kusti are strong sides of india and that will surely make us to feel proud to our India.

This London Olympics we hope that we win more medal in this games. This year we have faith in our boxers. They have good chance to win the medal in London Olympics. We have also lots of expectations from our ace shooter Abhinav Bindera and Rajan Sohdi to win the medal for India in the Olympics. Our men's hockey team also did well this year in hockey, we can also aspect medal from them. There is also hope from Sania Nehwal in badmintion.
The India is number second in populations in the world but still we shortage of Olympics gold medal player's or athletes who can win gold medals for India in the grand events like Olympics games. There is reason behind that our government is not finding the talents in the early stage of athletes.

You should never leave the hope and I do believe that this time India will rise and shine and we all Indian will be very proud of it for sure. We should pray for the participants that they come as a winner.

The Bejing Olympic performances have given India the new light to our athletics. This has certainly increased our hope that our sport-persons will roar at the Olymplic Village in London. Yeah, we can be sure of some medals in athletics because stars like Bijender Singh, Abhinav Bindra, Leander Paes, Mahesh Bhupathy, Rohan Bopanna will surely inspire other athletic persons to do well for India's glory. The words of an experienced person are very powerful. So, we can hope this time better than Bejing Olympics.

I am not sure about what is going to happen in London Olympics but "Saina Nehwal" will definitely bring one Gold medal for this country. I wish India get more medals in London Olympic.

Definitely Beijing Olympic performances have given India the new light to our athletics."Saina Nehwal" will definitely bring one Gold medal for this country.We have also lots of expectations from our shooters.In spite of that we far lagging behind as compared to other European countries and they are far ahead of us,they take away 100's of medals and we dance with one.The India is number second in populations in the world after China and will cross by 2020, still we are having shortage of Olympics gold medal player's or athletes who can win gold medals for India.
