Almost all of us are the victims of any of the other fake site which offers online paid jobs. But situations gets more serious when users pay to such sites to get start with the work. On internet except ISC I have never ever got any genuine site which really pays money. It is almost like to cheat somebody.
In many countries like India we have departments who fight against cyber crime. But still such websites are increasing rapidly. Do you know any reason behind this? Why these website don't have any restrictions on them? Why the owner of such sites won't get any punishments from government?

Pramod.

Pramod C. Dabholkar I must appreciate your concern on this problem which is taking toll of unemployed youth across the world. Those who need job do browse the net and look for suitable opportunities. But some gullible sites create fake job and offer the same and even demand some money as the advance for providing interview and selection procedures. I think the cyber laws are there to punish the wrong doers. But will power with the police is lacking.

Pramod Dabholkar,
Yours is a valid concern. WWW is a very wide area, where every minutes there are number of websites / blogs are being registered newly and started contributing some information. And every second billions of webpages are being created or getting updated with latest updates / information.
It is very difficult for any authority to trace them all and to interrogate whether it is genuine or a fraud one. Even in India, we have cyber crime departments, but they act only on receiving some complaints from a user like you or me. Unless they would have no reason to act against any website / blog
Yours,
K K

@K. Mohan Sir,
Thanks for appreciating this thread. Even in India we have cyber laws which can take strict actions against such fake websites and fraud people. But as said by Mr.Kranti Kumar this department works only if someone raise a complaints against them. It is actually difficult for any of us to find about such websites. Some or the other side even police also have some drawbacks in their systems to trace such site.
Regards,
Pramod.

This is the era of advertisement. More add more income this is the tag line of every online job sources. But most of the job links are fake but we can not blame that website for suggesting us to go for those fake job links. Because they mention a very common line in their website
''We are not responsible for any problem, all of the links are just advertisement in our website. Contact the job recruiter at your own risk''
There is always a chance or way to escape with the help of a revolutionary word ''SORRY''. This is just same like this.
Regards

When I started my career online I was the victim of such fake site. I lost Rs 1200 in starting. But instead of this I was curious to earn money online then I joined survey company but again I was the victim of fraudulent site. Now I was much aware of the fake site. One day while searching on net I found ISC and since then I am with it and earning a decent money from it. I think that Government should make any law to deal with this crime.
