Senior Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar on Monday welcomed teammate Yuvraj Singh on his return to the country and wished him a speedy recovery following his treatment for a rare germ cell cancer in the United States.

Yes Sachin knows the power of Yuvraj as the cricketer, and being fellow player both had shared good partnerships in the game. And that must have prompted Sachin to welcome him.

Sachin Tendulakar is a great human. Whether he plays on the field or he is outside the field, he is generous to everyone. Yuvraj Singh is the member of the cricket team and they are like family. So, it is obvious that he will be welcomed after returning back.

I think you are late in posting this as he has been in Nation for quite a long time now and there are several other players from our nation as well as abroad who have visited him in recent past. So when we say that Sachin wished him on Sunday , I think it is very late to say this. The day he came back he was greatly welcomed by media, old as well as upcoming players on twitter, facebook etc. Even Sachin Tendulkar was few of them who had visited him in London.
