Use "Message to editors" box while resubmitting the edited article |

Dear members,
please use "Message to editors" box when you submit an article for review by editors. If you have any points, then you can write them here as no one except you and editors can see that message. It becomes very important when it comes to submitting a pending article. If you mention that you have changed the resource as suggested by the editors, editors will come to know that you have actually modified the content.
And one more thing is when your article is moved to pending resources, then please read the reason given by the editors. Most of the people simply resubmit the article without making any changes. So please avoid this. Editors are not criticizing your writing skills. They are just guiding you to earn more revenue from Adsense, Kontera and also from ISC.

Hi,
This is good option provided for members to give clarification about changes made in resources. This will enhance communication between editor and author of resource. Every one can use this facility to improve experience here.

Yes It is indeed a good option which lets Editors to know the necessary corrections have made in the pending Resource and makes easy to review it. Every member whose article moved to pending section have to use this option after making the corrections to the article. It applies for both new and old members and every member have to follow this.
There are some things that money just cannot buy, like manners, morals and intelligence.

Thanking you for the instruction. I have tried using them and in my view this is a good feature. It would be helpful to inform editors if there is something special. Anyhow, I think many members are not aware about this. This thread would help them to use the box. So promising you that I will also use the box and thanking you for giving the valuable instruction.

You have given very good instruction about using the "message to editor" box.
Actually in starting days I was habitual to neglect that box totally while submitting any resource. In one of the article the editor had given reason for moving my article to pending, which i thaught is not correct. So while re-submitting i wrote my view points in the the "message to editor" box. I think my explaination was satisfactory to the editor and my article was approved. There onwards, I started using "message to editor" box in case of pending aticles for telling the editors if the suggested changes are done and also if I have different view point on the suggested corrections.
In such a vast working structure of ISC, some minor disputes are obvious. But members and editors can solve the disputes with such communication.
Your thread will sure be helpful for new members.

Thank you so much for the new announcement. We will definetly follow the instructions. But what if the article is just showing pending approval from editor, you are reading the article at your own rsik. Why is it showing so.
