Hello webmaster,
I would like to know about two things:
1. What is the minimum amount for new member to get cash payment from ISC?
2. What is the minimum amount for old member (who has got cash payment in past 3-4 times) to get cash payment from ISC?
Or it is totally decided by webmaster?
Hope soon I will get solution of these querries.

A Member can get his/her first payment for Rs. 300 A member get his/her subsequent payments after accumulating a minimum of Rs. 700
On the payment & Revenue settings page a member can get his/her minimum payout. But, setting less amount here will not give payments the members. this facility is useful for members to accumulate some higher amounts and then to redeeem after reaching their desired levels of amount. It helps the webmaster to hold the amounts till those members reaches their minimum level of amount. But, at the time of financial year closing, webmaser always request the members to withdraw all their announced payments so far to settle their accounts properly.
Hope the above information makes sense.
Yours, K K

Subsequent payment to the same member will be Minimum Rs. 600/- (Rupees six hundred only). The payment is made in multiples of 100s only. like 700, 800, 900, 1000 and so on.

As far as i know for any new member the minimum amount of payment is Rs 300, he/she has to earn at least that amount of money or more within a month and then only they are eligible for getting the first payment from ISC. For old member a miminim amount of Rs 700 is required to receive payment. Although there is an exception too. Under certain conditions, if you really need the amount you earn, they you can send a message to the webmaster stating your problem and the requirement for the payment of the current balance.

That is common for all new members if they haven't set a higher limit. Anyhow for a old member it is 600 in my view as I have seen members getting Rs.600 as the second payment and I have got so. There is no doubt in payment matters as ISC is that concerned about payment.

The official rule is: "When your cash credits reach a certain level, you are eligible to receive payments from us. This level is set by the webmaster every month and can vary slightly depending various factors. In most cases, our minimum payout amount is Rs 1000. This means, if you have a minimum cash balance of Rs 1000, you will receive a payment from us." Refer: How to receive payments?
However, for second and all subsequent payments, you can get Rs.500/- too only if you have a sufficient balance of cash credits and you are a really good regular contributor. This applies to all members, including me & other editors. We editors too do not get payment if our cash credits at month-end is less than Rs.500/-. If the balance is just a few rupees, then you will have to wait till your cash credits reach at least Rs.600/- or Rs.700/- or Rs.750/- depending on your contributions. If the Webmasters find, for example, that you are a spammer, then they can hold back your payment till your cash credits are more.
Members can also make special requests to the Webmasters through the forum if they need an early payment for an emergency (such as paying admission fees, for medical reasons, etc.) even if they have not yet reached the minimum payout level. The admn. is flexible about such payouts as they understand a member may need cash urgently. However, this does not mean that the member takes advantage and repeatedly asks for an early disbursement.
