Attestation of my degree documents

Sir,
I had completed my degree in the year 2003 at college of engg. & tech, Jeypore.
Now i got a job in Saudhi. As per there requirement there are asking for HRD attestation from university. But after completion my Provisional was issued from Berampur university and OD from Roukerla university.

So where should i go for HRD attestation.
