Importance of Meditation

Meditation becomes popular one in nowadays among public. Meditation is a vital one in solving many problems and mental stress/chaos. We as follower of Radhasoamy Satsang Beas, do meditation as advised by our Guruji. A real Guru is to be searched and make ourselves ready to meet the Lord. In the meantime, I got one message from a friend of mine on the scientific analysis of Mantra and Meditation and I am enclosing the same herewith for the benefit of our members.

    Hi,

    A very informative analysis and I liked it. You should have actually write an article and post it for the benefit of many people. Sincerely appreciate your effort.

    In my view all forms of prayers and the religious activities people follow have a correlation with mediation. While you are meditating the door between you and cosmic energy opens and there is a direct contact with the creator or his assigned creation. But one needs to practice it with heart soul and mind. As you said there should be a proper scholar and teacher who can handhold the person.

    Very good article Ramchandran. It will be one of the greats resource in ISC. It will help all the people in the sense that science also supports chanting of mantras. You should post an article in resource section based on this theme. Please share some more resources which are like this.

    Ramachandran,
    We all are he Ansh of that Almighty and one day this small ansh will meet to the bigger part of its which is only possible after death. This is the phenomenon which is prevailing since the beginning of this universe.
    I believe that meditation is the only remedy which can help one to remove stress and mental turmoil which is common in today's time. People who are able to perform meditation with all the power are the ones who have the power to control their minds and this helps to remove the negative aspects instantly.
    While meditating one is able to control his / her mind and sit in a posture which is calm and centric which increase the AURA. Thus when the AURA is positive the negativity vanishes eventually. Meditation is the best thing to control your mind and is really beneficial for all if they are able to perform it religiously.

    I would say that meditation is very very important and everyone should know how to do it; because now we have such a busy life that we don't have time to relax and hence we get totally stressed up.

    And so it is very important to do yoga and keep yourself calm and hence refreshed. You usa getup in the morning to do meditation and then try it as evening as well; this will get you totally charged up for sure.

    If we do it regularly then we will have a very healthy life and body and hence leading a happy life for sure.

    It is a fact that mediation reduces our mental stress. When we are in a calm state our mind goes out from the problems and it takes a rest. That helps us to work more refreshingly and so meditation is the best medicine for our life problems.So I agree with you and advise all to do meditation along with yoga. That would be very helpful to maintain both mental and physical health.

    The art of Meditation exists from the times of our ancestors which has become popular now a days.

    The vast change in the life styles of the people and the daily stress on the daily work leading to the increase in the mental tension of a person. Here meditation helps out very much to overcome all the emotional stress and ensures peaceful mind and keeps a person healthy.

    Meditation helps a person in relaxing his mind and body.Its an alternate medication which is very useful in curing different types of diseases. Meditating frequently improves our concentration powers our mind.
    Over all Meditation is a must in Human Life.
