diploma courses after 10th in india............

hi my name is sagar and i currently reside in usa............but due to some unforseen circumstances i might have to move back to india.........i have studied in india till 8th grade in cbsc school in gujarat..........and after that i have studied in the usa till 11th grade..............so i was wondering that when i move back to india can i get into diploma courses in india based on my 10th grade markes in the usa or do i have to repeat 11th grade as i have only completed half of my 11th grade here and have to move back urgently.............any help or suggestions are really appreciated................thank you..........

I suppose you will have to repeat 11th grade if you wanna continue schooling. There are quite a few diploma courses too, which you can find in any city. For that, your 10th grade marks will suffice. Either way, you'll waste one year.
