Vignesh, advice through this sites be there. But the immediate necessity is to meet a qualified doctor and get his advice and treatment. Do not waste time. Any illness, if attended earlier has more chance to get cured fast.

Yes Vignesh, you should immediately go to a doctor. Advise to such type of questions can not be given here, because there may be internal injury in your knee.

I was also suffering from knee pain few years ago, the reason of which was unknown. The doctor too did not find anything. He advises me to wear a knee cap which the players generally wear in the knee. Surprisingly, my knee pain had vanished.

Kindly consult an othro expert. The doctor will examine your knee and may even take an x-ray. ISC members will not be able to tell you what is wrong with your knee. It can be anything from a mild sprain to a fracture. Good luck.

If you are suffering from knee pain means
1) You are putting your legs to work hard.
2)You have a chance of calcium deficiency.

Before consulting any doctors try to do regular exercises for knee like standing straight and touching your toes,sit-ups. The exercise can give you a bit more pain but it will give your knees more ability to control the pain. Knee pains mostly are seen among people who jog too much, sugar patients and obese peoples.Knee pain occurs when you work hard on it and a fluid gets released from your knees which leads to the pain.

During knee pains :
1)Do not try to lift heavy weights.
2)Do not climb more steps.
3)Do not perform hard leg exercises.
4)Do not bend your knees for a longer time.

Thanks
With regards
