Word limit on Resource writing |

Hi
I have a query regarding the posting of new resources.
In the resource writing section, it is mentioned that the word limit for a fine resource should be between 500 and 1500 words.
My question is, would a resource be accepted if the word count is more than 1500? If it is accepted is there a maximum word limit criteria, if it crosses the 1500 mark?

The minimum word limit is 600 words.
The word limits are recommended limits only. You may always write lengthy articles.
If your article is crossing 2000 words, I recommend you to write the same in two parts, because some users do not like lengthy articles. But make sure that both articles have inter links to navigate between. You have to place an inter link to the end of the first article recommending the reader to the next part, and in upper part of the second article indicating that the article is continued from the first part. Otherwise your second part will be in pending mode.

As far as I know there is no limit for maximum length of the resources you can submit in this site. What is more important is that, your resources must have good heading, summary that must understandable, content that must match the summary, end with your observations and finish with a question if possible.
Use this forum wisely and get recognition instantly.

According to my observation and experience at ISC, I do not think that there is a word limitation to resource article. But it is better to give a break and make it in parts for the readers to read and understand better.
I was successful in posting an article of 2250 words. You can very well post your article of 2300 words without any hesitation. Best of luck, Varun.
