I am generally fat, my age is 14. My weight is 58 my height is 198 cm. i am unable to run fast like other students of ma class. I have tried all gyms but nothing work and also does masturbation has anything related to this ?:

There are many people who are fat and I would say that it is possible to loss some weight by normal gym and the most important thing that you need is self confidence.
So just get into the positive mode and start your gym sections. And yes I would like to add that don't expect too much at the starting. It do take sometimes to loss the collected mass in that extra areas for sure.
So you need to be patience, confident and the most important thing is be happy with the life; then every will be alright.

Since your age is small and getting fat is quite obvious due to inconsistent eating habits. You can have a tab on your eating habits and also try to walk briskly for five kilometers daily without taking rest. The walking must exert pressure on your body and you must sweat. If such exercise is carried out , then your obesity problem will be under control , then running with ease is always possible.

You said that you have tried all the way ,gym, diet, etc. Making a lots of muscles cant help you to run faster because while taking the case of body builders you can see most of them are not able to run faster because of the very detailed muscle structure. As I am coming throug your post about your post you have 198 cm height it is very advantage of your physical.You are just 14 years old and the height is not an average so the muscle strengt is less . First of all you should increase your stamina level. I would like to give you few suggestions. I hope it will surely help you to reduce your weight.
1. Its better to have a proper diet plan. You should eat very well in the morning. But you should reduce your food to the half than the morning during lunch. In the dinner, you have to eat half of the food you ate in lunch. What I mean to say is, Morning- As much as you can. Afternoon- Half of morning food. Night- Half of lunch food.
2. You have to stop eating snacks unnecessarily. its better to avoid fast food items like noodles, mushrooms etc. 3. You could spend at least two hours in gym. You should split your exercises. You could do abdomen exercises such as abs crunch, Dandals etc. To reduce the fleshy parts in the leg you are advised to do squats. You could do more push exercises than pull exercises as push exercises burn many calories. 4. Check your weight regularly and check the gain or loss of weight to know the exercise works or not. 5. Its better to ride bicycles as much as you can. They are good exercises than running.
It will help you sure, if you do it with self confidence.
Note: Kindly don't avoid eating food because of other's advise. It will bring problems like Ulcer etc. So, eat enough, exercise moderate, sleep good and rest well.

In this regard identify a suitable route for your exercise. Now that you are in college you can easily use the college track for your running practices. For easier and more enjoyable practices always try to have a running mate because in so doing you will even be able to weigh your speed as compared to his. Such a mate will be handy if your chosen running route happens to be through public grounds like highways and streets. Road races should never be done singularly especially when you are to pass through deserted areas.
It is good to have a running discipline such that every day you have to adhere to your running schedule. If at all you get unnecessary breaks your running abilities might not improve as fast as you would have liked. Even during rainy days you have to be on the road doing your daily practices. The only thing you must do during hash weathers is wear weather prove track suites.
The right running gears are essential. Especially your running shoes must be comfortable and right fitting. Preferably always try to use renowned brands of sporting gear because these have been proved not to hamper the training comfort of sportspeople. Being in the right running gear also makes you more visible to motorists on the highway which would minimize chances of you being hit by any of these vehicles. Especially in low visibility times wear shinny gears for easier spotting by the motorists.
It is also good to identify a running trainer. Now that you are still in college your sports teacher is at the moment adequate for such duties if he can agree on giving you some personal tips and tactics in running. Otherwise you might be forced to enrol a private trainer. Trainers are good because they will also advice you on the right diet and other personal traits which if improved would increase your chances of being a champion runner.

If you want to run fast, then you need to increase your stamina. It doesn't mean that, if you eat more alone will lead to good stamina. Stamina is something which comes through daily workouts or activity. So you need to start off with a gradual increase in running distance. 1. In the first day, start slowly with a jogging. Maybe you can set the limits by yourself. Remember don't overdo the jogging in the first day itself. Always keep in mind that your daily jogging should be in a progressive way. 2. In the Second day just increase the distance or rounds to some extent. Always keep in mind that you daily running should keep on increasing. This will results in an increase in stamina. 3. In your daily jogging activity, at the end you need to sprint as fast as possible with as much distance as possible. This will also make way to increase the stamina of your body. If you follow these instructions you will definitely find yourself better compared to your friends.
