Hello members,

I edited my profile and got message, 'HTML code is not allowed in profile description' but my profile already contains internal links to my resources. But when I edited my profile for other editing reason, I got this message. What to do for getting rid of this? Please help.

Yes this rule applies to every member of this site and we have follow the same. Even if we wanted to add HTML in our profile, we are denied by the ISC.

Use this forum wisely and get recognition instantly.

As far as my knowledge goes the HTML tags are allowed in the profile for gold level members. Since you are gold level member, there should not be any such restriction for you. If the error keeps on repeating, then the webmaster can find out if there is any system error.

We no longer allow members to use HTML for members below Diamond level. This is to prevent abuse. We found a large number of abuse in the profile pages because of low moderation there. We even received some warning from Google for bad words and offensive messages like promotion of drugs and "enhancement" products.
