In our college, we had a seminar regarding interview, an interviewer from one of the company took this seminar.
He said many things regarding interview in which he said about two things that will be asked compulsorily in all the interviews. The two things are about our positives and about our negatives. Positive is very common to which we can boast about ourselves. But when it comes to negative, we must be very careful regarding it. If we say that my negative is, I am very lazy, I won't listen others words etc. then they will throw out. For that we should be capable of saying our negative in positive way.
Let me give example which that interviewer said that it's his negative, "When I start to give a speech, I will always exceed the time limit"

The thought of saying even negative things as positive things is really a unique and rare possession. It is important that we cultivate the habit of simply seeing everything positively and bury the negative vision deep inside ourselves as thinking and seeing negative doesn't really help us. In fact, it pulls us further down and increases our misery by reminding us continually about our failures. Hence one should never think or see negatively and the approach should always be positive.
Also, I'd like to share that positive and negative are two sides of the same coin. Like, we can always observe that somethings which are positive for some are negative for some other people. Hence, its only the way we see things around us that matters the most. Thus if a person is positive minded, he will always see positive things even in the most evil of things.

That's a valuable piece of information. When I was preparing for my interviews, I have come across a lot of interview-based Q&A. When the interviewer asks about our negatives, that is said to be the most trickiest question of all. If we confess our negatives as such, we will be digging our own trap. If we say we don't have any negatives, as if we're perfect beings, the recruiters will laugh at us. So, we should know the art of polishing our negative to represent it in a positive way.
For example, instead of saying that I'd get on my nerves when my co-worker is bugging, I'd rephrase and say it as 'I am a perfectionist and I expect the same from my colleagues. When they don't put in their efforts, I tend to get angry and work overtime. But, I am practicing several ways to maintain my temper.' This way, after stating your negative, if you tell them what are the steps you've taken to get rid of your negatives, they will be pleased.

I will turn it into a positive statement by adding that this negative quality will ensure that I always give the organization my best. There will be no "second best" performance from me and in doing so I will be an asset to the company. I could also say I leave everything for the last minute but perform well and complete the task under pressure. This I will turn to I can work well under pressure and do not break or give in as pressure mounts up. This means I will be able to successfully meet deadlines and finish urgent jobs on schedule.

Once an interviewer asked me,"Will the LTTE problem come to an end?". I replied with confidence,"Yes. Positively it will come to an end within few years". Although both the interviewer and myself knew that the problem has no end. I qualified in the interview and got selected. I take the quote of Nepoleon Bonapart who said,"There is no word impossible in my dictionary", and act accordingly.
We should learn to overcome negatives by positive thinking.

Sir I pointed because it's one of my favourite saying. I had not faced any interview yet and comments will help me in near future. Beside interview fact, I will say that I help people, I know who harms me.
