Himanshu, Since you have already received your first payment of Rs. 700, you are now due for your second payment. For second and subsequent payments you need to earn and accumulate a minimum of Rs. 600, whereas your earning is only 497. Hence you are not eligible for payment until you make it good to cross Rs. 600 in the subsequent month. From now on if you work hard and earn Rs. 104/- you will be eligible to receive payment on 1st of October.
