Resource Category-An error is appearing when requesting for sub category

In resources when someone chooses a Filter Category of 'Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical then their is an error for sub category is happening. I think either it should be deleted or it should be corrected. I am just raising this issue to make this site look more professional and intolerant for mistakes and errors in the site.
