Past 2-3 days I am getting message on my Google AdSense account related to unauthorized sites. As per the procedure I have already blocked the URL provided by AdSense team. But still the message is appearing after the logging into my account.
I am bit confuse about this as I have already blocked that site where I do not want my ads to appear. But still as per that message my ads are appearing on that same URL.
In this situation whom should I contact? Have ever experienced this situation in your profile?
I do not want to loose access from AdSense profile. Hence I am accepting some help and guidance from my fellow members as well as from webmaster.

To avoid lost revenue, make sure to authorize any sites where you display ads by visiting your account settings."
I too don't know what to do? Could anyone please clarify this. Thank you,

If you have not put suspicious sites in your allowed sites list then you don't need to worry whether you ads appear on these sites or not.
@Shreedhara H - See the sites appearing as unauthorized, if the site is one of those on which you write and they share Adsense then you can allow them. Some other like translate.google.com and country specific Google sites like google.co.uk or google.co.in show you content and are safe to allow, however these rarely make any revenue so it does not matter whether you allow them or not.
@Mohan- You are somewhat right, this can happen if your content is shared on sites which use iframe to show your content. However, it will not be caused by the major sites like FB, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn. However, most of the sites using iframe to show your content are harmless, but in any case if you are not sure whether to allow any site or not then it will be better to take guidance from editors regarding them.
