How can a member become forum super star? |

I would like to know that how can a member become Forum super star. What does it count to reach there? Is there any point tally required?

To be honest I have no clue about the process of becoming super star or forum or any other section. However one thing is sure that you have to contribute heavily in a particular section with good number of points to become a super star of a particular section. Further one good thing is one member can hold super star status of more than one sections. Presently member Farid Akhtar and Chitra are holding super star status of more than one sections. You are requested to wait for more responses from editors and experienced members.

Even I had the same question in my mind few days ago. I am just guessing, the member who contributes high in Forum section all over the month is to be known as the Forum super star. I got to know this because, few days back, a member posted in this section saying that he became the Ask Experts super star by contributing high in that section.
For example, If you are a leading member with points around 2000 points from Forum section all over the month and the other members are behind you, i.e 1500 or 1000, then you will be the Forum super star.
I hope this is how a member will become a super star. Let's see what other members say!

Here is my guess on the same.
Becoming a super star is an automatic process. Webmasters of this site has set an algorithm according to which the member who will post most number of responses/ posts in respective section will get privilege to see his name flashing under superstars. There is no monetary or another benefit provided to superstars except that it acts as a motivator to the respective members and other members try to perform well to see their name also flashing there.

Dear Jitendra,
You will be automatically selected as forum superstar when you have the required points. The members who secure the highest points from forums section are regarded as the forum superstar. If you want to be one among the forum super stars, start contributing to forums section more. Only the points from forum is counted to become a forum super star. Good luck and work hard.
Note : There is no monetary benefit if you become a forum super star. It is just that your name appears above and you can be proud of it.

Top 5 performers (i.e. top 5 point holder) of each section (forums, ask experts and resources) in last 30 days are automatically listed in the "Superstar" list. You can see each superstar's points earned during last 30 days timeframe hovering over their names in superstar list.

Hello friend,
I don't think that becoming a Forum superstar is a tough job but it definitely requires some consistent performance throughout the month. The points are calculated and the top five scores in each section is tagged with the name superstars. This was introduced only this year and think it is one of the motivations that a member gets when he sees his name on top of the sections here at ISC. I think you are very much enthusiatic about the Forum Superstar tag and you can achieve that if you can have more than 1000 points for the month and time is also given preference here for the superstar tag.

To be the super star in forum section you need be regular contrubutor on forum section. In Forum superstar category there are top 5 members names are appearing in the list as per the points scored by them in last 30 days.
