To learn English easily would entire you learn this new language very quickly. In one year you can easily cover u to be very courageous. Start with very low level books if you are not conversant with English. If you would visit a bookshop and purchase text books for primary school level you would find that you learn this new language very quickly. In one year you can easily cover the syllabi for three or four primary class levels. This means that if if the primary school class levels are eight, you will be able to cover this whole primary school English language syllabi in two years.
After covering the primary school English syllabi you would now be ready to attempt secondary school English syllabi. Take two classes per year to cover the whole secondary school English language syllabi in two years. By the end of this arrangement you would have been conversant with the most important parts of the language.
There are very many interesting English novels available in the market. Starting from ones written in basic English language, progress to more comprehensive novels. Make a target of reading at least one novel per week. By turning this into your habit, you will find that within a short time you will have improved your language tremendously. As you are reading these novels note the complicated words and phrases which you will use the dictionary to find their meaning.
Look for a part-time English language teacher. Such a teacher will take you through English language lessons at your own pace. The only difficulty in this is finding a good cheap teacher. Most of the good teachers are very expensive. The bad teachers on the other hand will only be a waste of your time and money. They might be cheap but eventually you might discover that you will still have a hard time trying to communicate in English even after taking most of their lessons.
Today there are recorded English language lessons on sale in bookshops. These are good because you can learn at your won assigned time. You can also learn at your own pace. The recorded lessons can be replayed as many times as you wish. Eventually you will find that this is a very cheap mode of learning. We also have very many learning opportunities online. These lessons are offered both at a price and for free. The priced lessons are more comprehensive and organized. At the end of the priced lessons, tests are administered which on passing are very important documentary evidence that you are versed in English language.
Always try to communicate in English in the cause of your day to day business. Eventually you will find that you enjoy conversing in English than in your mother tongue. At your own house make it a point to every residence that they have to be in English throughout. Be it the house girl or even the gardener, they must all use this language while at work. Your children and wife cannot be exempted from this strange dictatorial rule.
Join debating clubs to improve your language as broken English in that club would make your team always fair badly in any competition. Artiste clubs are also beneficial to one who would like to improve in English language. The demand to memorize large volumes of scripts makes one eventually very conversant with this language. Speaking in broken language as you handle your part in that play only embarrasses you. The audience are really amused by an artiste who speaks in broken English.
It would be good to once in a while pay a visit to England. This is the home of English language. Here you will be forced to be good in the language since everyone only communicates in this language. Those who are not conversant with it find themselves being confused with deaf and mutes. Your life in England would be very expensive since you would have to engage a translator from English to your mother tongue and vice versa. In England finding a person who can communicate in your mother tongue will also be an up-hill task.

Thanks for posting such wonderful and knowledgeable article about communication skills improvement. But probably you are not fully aware about the working of ISC. Kindly appreciate if the above article is written by you, then I must tell you that you are kind of wasting your talent here in forum section. I would suggest you to post this kind of knowledge articles in the resource section to fetch higher points and higher cash credit.
ISC forum is for general discussion and not for lengthy and knowledgeable posts which are more suited for resource section. I hope you understand my suggestion and follow the same accordingly. I you have any query regarding the working of ISC, please post the same in forum.

It is good that you have posted something which provides the importance of the English knowledge on how to develop that. It would be better if you had posted this in the resource section. There are more than 600 words and it would have fetched some cash credit to you had posted this in Resource.
