Wether is superstar's son a sureshot candidate in the Film Industry? |

Dear Readers,
I use to watch English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada (dubbed into Tamil or Malayalam). In almost all these languages I've seen that Son of a superstar eventually gets into the film field and getting the chance to play as Protagonist in their debut movie itself. Is it a pattern? Does it mean that any son of a superstar is a sure shot to the Industry? I will give some examples for you.
1. Chiranjeevi - Ram Charan(Telugu)
2. Mammooty - Dulqar Salman(Malayalam)
3. Will Smith - Jaden Smith(Hollywood)
4. Dharmendra - Bobby Deol(Hindi)
5. Sivakumar - Surya (Tamil)

As these children grow up seeing their dad, it is obvious that they develop such a taste towards film industry and that may be the reason why they are into movies. But I have notices, very rarely the daughters come into this field. Why is it so? so, this proves that film industry is not the right place for girls.

Hello Friends,
I think this is not right to make the son of a superstar, a superstar.
These days there are many actors who are not talented but they are getting big budget movies.
Many new comers struggling actors come in the industry who are good in their acting but they are not selected due to these actors.
This is not the right way of selecting any actor.
Many directors are also bound to take these type of actors in their movies due to their parents pressure.
Here are some of the examples:
Jitendra-Tushar kapoor
Amitabh-Abhishek Bachchan
Anil Kapoor-Sonam kapoor

according to me being a next generation superstar definitely comes with advantage but thats not a sur eshot ticket to success.
you must poses some talent to be a star.

Hello friends,
Yes of course they comes in the industry with an advantage.Even if there first movie is a huge disappointment at box office still they get another chance and keep on getting chances unless they give a hit movie.While the others lacks this advantage if there first movie didn't succeed they were just forgotten.
Abhishek bachan's first movie was flop still he was offered with many roles,Uday chopra not a single hit in lead role still gets movies this list goes on.

YES this this quite true that superstars son is sureshot in industry yes he has given a value and directors sign him but after his first movie then it depends upon his acting that he will done gud or bad . as we should take an example of ranbeer and tushar ranbeer was a son of kapoors family and he has done gud acting then he is moving in cinema. but tushar was not good so he is flop this is just depends upon acting taht what type of acting he will done the first movie is just an chance to proove himself and aftr that this is yours guts how long you will be "GO".

No I think the bollywood actors should be selected according to their acting talent and not according to their family status. Many actors are there who are talented but waiting outside to be selected for even a single movie and they are giving trials per trial but not getting success. whereas there are some stars which are sons of bollywood actors and does not have any acting talent.

Hello friends
I know that there is a adventage to be a son or daughter of a star, but there are also a need of talent to stand in the industry and take a big budget movie . Withot talent no one can stand longer in the industry .
