Really felt sorry for raising some issues which can rub some one in wrong way or discussing something which some time in spirit of argument go beyond limits. Please don't have any hard feeling members and be sportive. One thing in my life is that if some one is hurt by your deeds or comments then forget about right and wrong and first try to sooth him. After that we can get into the healthy discussion again but if its rubbed someone in wrong way before I could explain it to him, its like punishment given without court hearing and who can understand that better than us.

Farid, I do not think that anyone can feel bad about any topic which is posted for a discussion. Yes, there can be a different point of view but I am sure the members here are very supportive, matured and understanding and we all left the topic there in the thread itself. And if someone taking it seriously than that's wrong. Frankly tell you if I did not like any of your word in discussion I would directly tell you and finish the matter there itself.
So, No need you to think like that. If anyone would have hurt with your topic of discussion, you would have got the response of it. Take it in positive way and I am sure that the members also think the same way as I think.

Dear Farid,
You and me and other members are players at ISC. We all are playing a ball game to get it and put it into the goals to become a winner or loser. As I always used to say that during the play there will be pushes, hustles, abrasions, slips, jerks, breaks, injuries, bleedings, sufferings, at times abuses. This remains only during the game and forgotten after the declaration of results. This will not be carried forward by any good player. At the end, the players of both the teams will enjoy a good party in a jovial manner embracing each other.
So, there is nothing to feel sorry or worry about at ISC. Please play the game of discussion well with a good fighting or arguing spirit to win or lose. But ensure that no abusive or image damaging words are used at ISC. You should be very diplomatic and selective in usage of words if you want to show your anger to any member. Once again remember that ISC is a play field to play with good and decent words, not by action.
Please adopt "Take it easy policy". Mr. Farid.

Thanks guys actually some time we unintentionally put or raise something that brings someone else in trouble or get him hurt. I think we should take care that no one get hurt by us. In this way we can try to remember itself a bit long. If I fight with 10 guys friendship with 10 guys then this platform will be same like other places. I don't want to hurt anyone here. Last time I used some strong words for Ms. Juana and felt bad as she is a lady. Then get into Sultan where he was 60% right and I was 40% then strong argument with Sun and others.

I don't think you might have hurt anyone. Don't worry as you have joined ISC for fun but to learn and earn at the same time :)

When discussions opens up for detailed deliberations, difference of opinion do arise as we do not have same wave lengths of understanding the things and act accordingly. Some may loose their cool, and some try to be patient and still explain the things to the last minute. But it is the good attitude to remember the mistakes and asking for pardon. That shows your professionalism and caring for others feeling.

Farid,
Finally I say " while at ISC, fight and forget should be our policy". We are the members of a great family called ISC in which we are brothers and sisters. In a family, don't you find feud between the brothers, between the sisters, and between the brother and sisters. Why not at times with parents too. We are educated and cultured members of this lovely family. It is easy to forget the past at ISC as we don't see each other physically and we are not harmful to each other in anyway. Please enjoy your days at ISC, my dear good brother Farid.
