Job Description
A 10 billon USD company with operations in 165 countries….350 people in India….Pune has a factory with about 100+ people…..The GET scheme is for 1 year which will involve exposure to all aspects of factory environment….Stipend is 30K…
Requirement: BE Mechanical (70% above)
Local language (MARATHI) is a must.
Should be fresher or 1-2 years of experience
Pleasant personality
Good in communication skills especially in English, speaking Marathi will be an added advantage
Good leadership quality, can be a good team member
After one year of training will be absorbed as Senior Engineer in Production.
Interview process will be- Preliminary discussion with Production and HR Manager, PI, Planning and Technical tests and finally interview with Factory & HR Director.
