SAP CRM , SAP NETWEAVER ( EP, BI, XI) , ABAP, BW, Basis, MM, PP, HR , FICO, SD are all dying modules in the market. Almost all major Industries have already implemented SAP R/3 and new projects or implementations have dried up.So if you are seeking a job in SAP then minimum requirement is 3+ in all MNCâs.So shift to SAP CRM.The market is extremely hot for SAP CRM & SAP NETWEAVER ( BI, EP, XI)
SAP Market is little down MNCâs have slowed down on recruitment drive on SAP R/3 modules like ABAP, Basis, FICO, HR, SD, MM, PP , reason is SAP is already been implemented in 90 % Industries in US , UK, Gulf, India, Asia , etc and new projects have dried up.You can get a job as support consultants / end users in Industry segment.
SAP CRM which fetches a package of Rs.7 Lakhs to Rs10 Lakhs P.A in India and SAP CRM consultants get 1.5 LakhUS$ and 1 Lakh Euros / Pounds.You can travel abroad with in 1 month in CRM Module.Skills required are Any Graduate / BE / MBA with or without exp in BPO / Mktng / Sales / KPO / Operations /Admin / Client Servicing
SAP CRM is for the people who are willing to go abroad asap and looking for a huge package close to Rs.10 Lakhs or above.
BE / MBA / MCA / CA / ICWA / B.com / M.Sc / PGDBA / Any Graduate / PG and are willing to migrate to SAP by undergoing a brief induction programme in SAP on self support basis
You are Fresh or Experienced or pursuing. You are seeking a career in SAP with a package of Rs.4.8 Lakhs to 18 Lakhs P.A in India and above 70,000 US $ abroad. You are not formally trained on SAP but have lot of domain experience. You are an enduser / superuser of SAP or worked for a support project.You are not having business blueprints for a SAP Project. Willing to go for onsite implementation in US / UK is required.
You can work for MNC Giants like IBM, Capgeminii, Deloitte & Touche , Accenture, Satyam ,Infosys, TCS, British Petroleum, Arcelor Mittal, GE, GM, Dialmer Chrysler, BMW, Mclaren , Ferrari where SAP is implemented.
SAP CRM is the hottest module and all other SAP R/3 modules are getting saturated with lakhs of people flooding in the market and competing to get jobs.
You are trained on ABAP / HR/FICO/MM/PP/SD and not getting a job
